The staff was very good. the accommodation was functional and clean. the location was marvelous with a tube station adjacent to the venue. It was conveniently located 2 km from St Paul's Church. I had a wonderful time at Vander Valk Istanbul Hotel. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the rooms were clean, comfortable and functional. the location was fantastic, with a tube station right next to the hotel, making it easy to get around. Plus, being only 2 km away from St Paul's Church was a big bonus.

The hotel's location is great and close to shopping places. Old City Sultanahmet district is worth staying in. I received a complimentary upgrade to a twin room with a balcony, which was a nice gesture. Good service was provided, including complimentary wake-up service and ironing.
